The InfoCube is a paging system for the Healthcare and Medical industry. The InfoCube along with the Interactive Patient Flow Software allows tracking of Patients and Staff efficiency through multiple outpatient services or the Emergency Department.
This Unique two- way technology allows the InfoCube to provide and enhanced patient experience. InfoCube delivers accurate and automatic check-in while providing wait time data to management. Upon check-in, each patient is provided their own InfoCube interactive pager. This InfoCube is utilized to communicate with the patient though out their entire visit or just one part and eliminates the need for patients to stay in one area waiting for their name to be called. With the InfoCube, patients may participate in surveys while they wait allowing staff to be notified immediately should the patient submit a survey with a poor response
