The InfoCube system allows the hospital to conduct surveys while the patient is waiting for services. The surveys can be customized to each step of the waiting process. Survey answers can be tagged so that when a patient provides a poor response to a survey question, the hospital staff can be notified in real time, while the patient is still in the facility. This intuitive approach allows the hospital to address issues with the patient before the patient leaves the building allowing an issues to be addressed before it becomes a problem.
