The intuitive InfoCube software package allows staff to silently notify a patient to proceed to a particular location. Patients are able to access interactive data about the hospital or services the hospital provides, entertainment, respond to questions or take surveys on the InfoCube. The InfoCube software will track patient wait times for each step of the patient journey. This can be one stop or multiple steps. The system can be setup so that managers are paged or emailed or otherwise notified when wait times exceed a predetermined threshold. All data is recorded in a SQL database allowing it to be retrieved and analyzed in reports such as Microsoft Excel. The IPFS software allows an unlimited number of stations and services to be created by the hospital. Each service may be prioritized so that patients waiting for a station may be called before other patients.
Providers are looking for ways to individualize and personalize high quality service for their patients. The InfoCube technology enables and empowers providers to accomplish this task. The InfoCube can guide patients to the correct location while tracking the patient waiting times. The InfoCube pager will allow staff to track the location of each patient by indicating their location on the software display.
The data that the IPFS software provides can be used to better arrange staffing and report on trends.
For multiple step processes a patients journey can be optimized for higher efficiency because staff knows wait times at each step of the journey and can route the patient to the lowest wait.
